Although I have not yet been at Walt Disney World to celebrate the “Mickeys Very Merry Christmas” celebration, I do know some very interesting things about it, from what I have learned and have been told, it is a must do for all families.
At the Magic Kingdom the Christmas tree seems to touch the sky, it is 65 feet tall, with a 40 foot star on top, weighing approximately 30,000 pounds, with 5500 twinkling lights. Some other interesting details about the tree are as follows, there is approximately 430 feet of garland, 325 ornaments, 275 feet of strung popcorn, and 400 flickering candles.
New for the 2014 Holiday season, the Christmas parade is being called, “ Disney’s Frozen Christmas Celebration,” I wonder what characters will be there? As well, the show, “ A Frozen Holiday Wish will be shown from November 5th, 2014- December 31, 2014 at 6:15pm and 7:30pm.
With all of these wonderful celebrations and festivities, there is also hot chocolate, cookies and snow flurries, holiday shows and fireworks.
Watch at night as “Cinderella's Castle” turns into icicles.
Oh, and don't forget Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus next to City Hall, you little ones eyes will not know which way to look. Can you imagine their expressions.
